要旨
心房細動は、本邦の患者数約90万人と患者数の多い不整脈疾患であり、脳梗塞をはじめとして多くの全身性合併症を来す。本講演では、心房細動発症メカニズムおよび心房細動が全身性合併症を来すメカニズム解明の基礎研究について述べる。臨床的には、心房細動はその初期には発作性であり、発作時の心電図が記録されないと診断されないという問題がある。これに対する、遺伝子多型・バイオマーカー・心電図の深層学習により発作性心房細動を早期に予測し検出する社会研究の取り組みを紹介する。
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most frequent sustained arrhythmias
in Japan and can cause systemic
complications such as severe cerebral
infarction. I will talk about basic research to clarify the mechanism of progression of AF and the mechanism linking AF
and systemic complications. From a clinical point of view, the main issue in the management of AF is to diagnose AF in its early
phase. We recently established the program to predict AF using genetic risk
score, biomarkers, and ECG with artificial intelligence, and started the
clinical study to detect AF with the local government. I will introduce this
social implementation study.
